1.5km from Ragounite beach, 2km from Port de Jard beach and 3km from La Mine beach, with access to the Pointe du Payré, a remarkable natural site, Villa Le Cyprès enjoys the peace and quiet of a residential area surrounded by pine trees lining the coast, close to all the activities you can enjoy in the area: surfing, kite surfing, boating, fishing, coastal walks, cycling (cycle paths), tennis, etc... The village centre of Jard has many shops, a market every Monday morning throughout the year and on Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings during the summer, as well as a supermarket.
There are many tourist activities around Jard sur Mer: Boat trips on the Marais Poitevin at Longeville sur Mer, oyster tasting at the producer's at La Guittière, visits to the medieval Château de Talmont, the Chateau des Aventuriers at Avrillé, the Folie de Finfarine at Poiroux, a day out at O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park, Puy du Fou only 1 hour away, AOC Vendée wines and fine restaurants (9 Michelin starred in the Vendée), etc.
