Villa Masauline offers 6 comfortable beds with its 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one single 2 beds) and a large living space to share moments of conviviality. At the end of a dead end street and at the edge of the pine forest that borders the coast, it benefits from an exceptional setting and offers a true haven of peace and greenery. The beach of La Terrière is only 1km away, accessible by foot.

The Villa

Villa Masauline is a pretty, modern and comfortable vacation home, ideally located close to the beach, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to shops and bicycle paths. The beach of La Terrière is a great surfing spot and is supervised, so ideal for families.

The villa is accessible for handicapped people and has a beautiful and bright living space, open on the terrace and the garden surrounded by pine trees. The terrace is perfect for outdoor meals (barbecue available) and relaxing moments.

The kitchen, open on the living space, is fully equipped to cook comfortably during the stay.

A first double bedroom (140/200) is located on the ground floor, with an adjoining shower room, and an independent toilet, all adapted to PMR.
The two other bedrooms are on the first floor, one double (160/200) and one single (2x 90/190), with an independent toilet and a large shower room.

The living room is composed of a lounge with TV and a dining area around a large table.

This villa is ideal for a stay by the sea all year round.

Surroundings

La Terrière neighborhood is ideal for a stay in La Tranche sur Mer, quiet, on the edge of the forest, with direct access to the beach and shops: bakery and bar/tabac in the center of the neighborhood, supermarket at 5 min.
There are many bicycle paths, for bike rides, surfing and kite-surfing spots, and many activities for dynamic stays: O'Gliss Park, Atlantic Wake Park, Château des Aventuriers, boat rides on the Marais Poitevin, discovery of the Aiguillon bay, and many others. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.

Super maison

Super séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et confortable

Séjour avec 2 seniors, 2 adultes et 2 bébés: Maison en retrait de la route, bien calme avec un mur de verdure face à la belle terrasse - avec barbecue gaz et grand parasol - nous avons bien profité. De plus, espace jardin tout en sable où les petits enfants ont bien joué. A 15 min à pied de la très belle plage de la Terrière, et des navettes gratuites vers le centre de La Tranche - Super.
