The Villa
This beautiful townhouse offers an ideal vacation setting in Les Sables d'Olonne, close to shops, restaurants and cafes of the boardwalk and the beach.
It includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large bright living room, as well as a garage.
The kitchen is very well equipped, practical for cooking and enjoying the local flavors. The adjoining dining room has a table and 6 seats. The large living room, with TV, is decorated with care and very comfortable with its large sofas and armchairs. It opens onto an outdoor terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun. A garden furniture and a barbecue allow to have meals with family or friends outside.
A first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a 180x200 bed and a closet. It is located next to a large bathroom/shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140x200 bed and a closet, and a shower room and toilet.
The house has wifi and a garage to park a car. There is also free parking on the street.

The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, as it is very quiet, but also very lively, as it is close to the shops of the city center and to several leisure and sports activities.
Close to the beach, surf spot (lessons and rental), this house is also close to casinos, restaurants, beach bars and shopping.
From Les Sables d'Olonne you can access the two nearest golf courses in 10/15 min.
From Port Olonna : Jetski, boat trips, sea fishing
